Our Story: When we first started out to buy our home we went with a different lending company (our local regional bank) instead of PrimeLending—and boy was that a mistake. Buying a house is supposed to be a dream-come-true; however, for us it was turning in to a nightmare. It seemed we were constantly in a battle with the bank (our first lender) over the smallest issues that shouldn’t even effect obtaining a mortgage loan. It truly felt like they just didn’t want to help us. They continually kept putting brick walls in our way. We felt like we were invisible and just didn’t matter. After a couple months went by and things seemed bleak, my real-estate agent gave the name and number of someone that may be able to help—Dennis Duncan at PrimeLending. I decided to give Dennis a call to see if there was any way he could help and I am so glad I made that call! Dennis and his staff was our knight in shining armor that we so desperately needed. He helped us more in just a few weeks than the other bank did in a few months. Finally, our nightmare was becoming a dream again. For the first time in a couple months we felt like someone cared about us and wanted to see us in a new home. Dennis spent many hours helping us—even when things weren’t easy—he never gave up on us.
