We had the BEST experience working with Amy Watson, Woodhouse Group and Brandy Stemmler, Prime Lending. We sold and bought a home through Amy. Selling our home was so easy and fast and we had no worries as Amy took care of everything. Amy spent so much time with us as we looked for the home that fit our needs. Any time we had questions or concerns she was quick to respond. Thank you for the long hours and late nights spent in our behalf. The Loan process with Brandy was the EASIEST home loan we have experienced. It was all done via the internet in the comforts of our home. Brandy and her team are so professional and efficient and were so quick to respond when we had questions. Having never worked with her before, my husband and I found a house that was receiving multiple offers over the weekend. Brandy, on a Sunday, while she was on vacation, facilitated getting us pre-approved for a mortgage loan so the we could make an offer that afternoon. She works all the time, so here's hoping she has good work/life balance, but the upside for her clients is that she's ON IT. She'll lead you through everything, keep you on track, and make sure you're getting the best guidance and support along the way. It takes a village to buy a house and you definitely want Brandy and her team (Brittany) in your neighborhood.
