We bought our first home, and that process went so well because of Brianna Purdy. She is professional and personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy, and I am thankful that she was the one taking care of our loan. I tend to be a worrier, and Brianna was kind throughout all of my concerns and was available to help us through any issues we had. During the entire process, from the beginning of her giving us tips on how to establish credit to the end with her being with us at closing, explaining things, and answering questions, I felt I could trust her, so I felt more confident and comfortable through it all. I would only work with Brianna (and her team, Chad and Ashley) in the future and only recommend her (them) to family and friends. I believe without Brianna helping us get through the process, I would have gotten too nervous to move forward, and we would not have our beautiful home. I'm so grateful to her.
