About Me

Following growing up in the "Upstate" of South Carolina, I ventured out with the US Marine Corps, with whom I was blessed to return to the States several times from the far reaches of the world.

Upon graduating from the University of South Carolina, I have mostly lived in the Capital city of Columbia, SC ever since.

For more than twenty years, I have been lending money on houses in South Carolina.

In addition, as a real estate investor, including purchasing and renovating many homes, I know the pitfalls to avoid and I know the shortcuts to ensure smooth transactions.
