All interactions between Derek and I were rather enjoyable. He is very professional and personable. Derek worked extremely hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the process and was able to find a solution to every problem. He kept me updated and communication was very clear and current. The loan process and specific sale was difficult; we had to move over to a renovation loan. That didn't stop Derek from finding creative and acceptable solutions. My realtor told me this loan is rarely done with first-time homebuyers. Working with Derek did not make it feel so difficult.
