Everyone and I mean everyone at Wakefield was absolutely awesome to deal with. They were available no matter when I needed them and went above and beyond. I'm using them again now on an investment as well and I would return to them over and over again and will shout their praises from the roof tops!

David Wakefield and team were extremely attentive and easy to work with. They were trustworthy and dependable. They provided easy direction and followed up during the refi process. We received a lower rate at closing than we were expecting which was a great surprise. HIGHLY recommend!

David and his team were extremely helpful in walking my little family thru the purchase of our first home. We just built a home and David was with us from the very early stages. You were right! The process of getting our Renovation loan wasn't the easiest but you stuck with us. It was somewhat stressful but you did a great job keeping everything on track and together. You need to give your assistant a raise, she was a Godsend!
