Eric Corbett

Eric Corbett, Sr. Loan Officer, has been with PrimeLending for over eight years and has been a mortgage loan officer for over sixteen.  Eric has been a Prime Power Producer for the past six years, producing over $46 million in 2017.

Eric prides himself on being accessible to his customers seven days per week and on being an excellent communicator via face-to-face, phone, email, or text – whichever the customer prefers.  He takes special joy in educating first-time homebuyers and in taking his time with those customers that need a little extra time, encouragement, and explanation.  For seasoned buyers he can work fast, quickly navigating them to the closing table should circumstances dictate a fast closing.

Eric graduated from Fernandina Beach High School and then attended the University of Florida earning a Bachelor’s in Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration.  Prior to becoming a loan officer, Eric was an Environmental Engineer and in technical sales selling specialty chemical to heavy industry.

He lives with his wife (Marie) and son (James) on the north end of Amelia Island with the Atlantic Ocean just steps in front of his home and the Fort Clinch State Park behind.  Eric’s family goes back over four generations in the Fernandina Beach area, so his local roots run deep.  Community is everything to Eric.  He attends church at St Peter’s Episcopal Church where he is very active.  Other community activities include coaching Babe Ruth baseball, previously serving on the Board of Directors for Micah’s Place, and previously serving on the Board of the FBHS Foundation (twice president).  He enjoys working out at the Y, fishing, listening to live music, yoga, and watching football.  He likes the Jaguars, but he loves the Steelers and the Gators!
