I just wanted to let you know that Greg Baker is awesome! Early in 2009 we contacted him about doing a refi, but after going over every detail with us we all decided it was not the right time. Later in the year when we were ready, we called Greg and he picked up right where he left off and we were set up with a new mortgage at a lower rate in no time. Thanks Greg!
