Thank you, Glen. My loan is closed and we are very pleased with your work. Your professionalism and you were persistent to follow through which helped this loan to come through. My case was quite complex and most lenders wanted me to re-finance the whole thing (1st & 2nd) which was not what I wanted. We were able to finance only the 1st Primary home loand and kept the 2nd HELOC. We are very happy about this... You have good judgement ... We are not the type who would walk away from our mortgage. Wells Fargo lost out as well as Others ... Before it was easy to get a home loan, but now the lenders went too far the other way. In my case, we will never default on our loan anyway. Thank you for helping us to get this process through. In a few years, we probably will sell the CA home and buy a smaller one.
