This whole process was quite stressful for me as I am not skilled in the electronic world. Griffen Imig understood this and was a tremendous help to me throughout the whole process. Griffen is great at his job. He went above and beyond for us and even helped us prior to finding this home. He was always kind to check in on us and offer help beyond what his duties were. Our experience with PrimeLending was great, from once we got under contract to closing. Very smooth process. It was much easier than other lenders we've used in AK. That being said, Griff is what sold us and we'd recommend him to anyone. He's from AK, gets what we're going through, and truly cares about us getting what we need.
