I graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1998 with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Financial Management, with a minor in Economics and in 1999 began working in Milpitas, CA for a lending institution that specialized in a variety of different types of consumer loans, including 1st and 2nd mortgage loans. I quickly realized that I thoroughly enjoyed the mortgage side of the business, so in 2002 I went to work for a mortgage lender that focused strictly on purchase and refinance mortgages in San Jose, CA. I relocated to Tehama County in 2003 and never see myself leaving this area.
The northern California market presents challenges to financing properties due to the limited population density, unique property types and rural aspects. My experience with financing properties in urban, suburban and rural areas lends itself very well to overcoming the financing challenges that occur in this market. This experience also helps me provide unsurpassed levels of service and knowledge to you to help guide you through the mortgage application process.
