Thanks to Lisa's hard work and dedication I was able to close. Took us 3 times because of the sellers but Lisa was patient and always happy to work out the details each time.

Over the past year I have tried with three different agencies to refi including Prime Lending. Trust me when I tell you Prime Lending has been the best I have ever worked with. The communication between Bryan and Jackelyn and myself has been nothing but exceptional. Every question I had was answered immediately and in a professional manner. I was very impressed with the user friendly documents that Prime Lending sent over. The “click to sign” feature is an easy tool that I have never experienced with any other agency. Also, if for any reason I wasn’t able to get my docs over in PDF, Prime Lending was always willing to work with me in other ways, unlike other agencies. I will never choose any other agency to work with in the future but Prime Lending. My only regret is that I did not choose Prime Lending sooner. More than 13 years ago I was recommended to Lisa and Michelle for mortgage approval. At the time, my credit was less than perfect and I thought I would have no luck. Following certain advice and steps, they guided me to help raise my credit score and purchase my first condo! It was tiny, but it was mine! After a few years I decided to move from that place to something a little larger and again called them. Once again their guidance and support found me another great home. Just recently an unexpected opportunity came to move to a place I never thought could be mine and I just closed one month ago. The experience dealing with these two wonderful women and their staff is like no other. I always felt as though I was their only client.
