I am dedicated to those priorities and helping you reach your goals to the best of my ability with the credentials you provide.
My career in Mortgage Lending began in 1998 as a Processor and then quickly into an LO Assistant helping First Time Homebuyers with various Programs for the first year and a half with Irwin Mortgage. In 1999, my Team joined CTX Mortgage. Nearly immediately, Management highly recommended that I become a Loan Officer for their Builder Division. I proudly served in this Division for 6 years. I was awarded the "Triangle MAME 2001" Award for Lender of the year. My Capture Ratio was consistently 90-100% month after month. 100% Builder and Customer Satisfaction through JD Powers Surveys was achieved consistently while earning President's Club for top production year after year.
In 2005, I made a change to the Retail Division of CTX Mortgage in order to service my past customers that were returning to me as well as their great referrals.
In 2008, CTX Mortgage (Raleigh Division) was acquired by PrimeLending. PrimeLending's Vision is second to none. I could not be in a better place.
Prior to 1998 my background was in Accounting and Finance. I just needed to add "people" to my expertise.
