She takes the time to lay out multiple options and listens to help understand what is the best fit for our family and budget. I bought an out of state property in a hectic sellers market. Started negotiations with another firm, but changed to PrimeLending. I'm so glad I did. Thank God for Dawn. She was a pleasure to work with, responded immediately to my (frequent) emails, texts and phone calls. A reassuring & calming presence in the process. Communications were straightforward w/ superb cust. service - obviously top-notch because I didn't have to repeat myself & each staff member knew what the other was doing.

My favorite thing is the communication and those Tuesday updates! I dont like having to ask what step the loan is and those made it amazing!
