Melissa was very attentative and answered any questions we had promptly. At times things were a bit slow to happen but buying a home can be a complex task (especially in NY). Overall I had a good experience with Prime Lending, Melissa and her team.

Melissa was amazing to work with! She was always prompt to reply (even late at night and on weekends!). There is a lot to buying a home and she made us feel comfortable and made sure we understood each step of the way. Definitely would recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home in the area!
