Michael Gayda was tremendously helpful. I conducted all of this from overseas in Okinawa, Japan which included a 13 hour time difference. Mr. Gayda went away above and beyond, tremendous professional.

This was my third time buying a house, and this time the process seemed so simple. Michael was so helpful, responded to questions immediately and explained the process completely. I have already given his name to friends who are considering buying a new home.

I really can't say enough about Michael and his team. I'm a self-employed freelancer and you hear all the time about how hard it is to get a loan as a self-employed person. We ran into a major hurdle during our mortgage processing. There were a few hours where I thought we wouldn't get the loan and, somehow, Michael was able to make huge changes on the fly and find a mortgage that worked for us. It really was incredible. On top of that, we had a tight closing timeline and Michael and his team were able to meet that deadline, a fact which I think is a testament to his concern for us and his team's commitment to doing what it takes for the customer. Here's the best part: We had a relatively small mortgage but Michael treated us like we had a million dollars on the line. He was always helpful and showed a lot of tenacity and commitment and he never gave up. He had creative solutions to problems, too. Now we're in our beautiful new home and couldn't be happier.

By far the best home financing experience we've had. This our 4th new home build and we're very familiar with the process, but with Michael and his team it was different. We had regular communication and he quickly answered any of our questions. His quote from the start was spot on. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was buttoned up. How many lenders attend your closing with a smile and a handshake?! He loves what he does and it shows!
