H. Roy Bhiro was born in Guyana South America, he attended Hillcrest High and later pursued his
Bachelors of Science degree in Education and Training with Southern Illinois University.
Roy has spent over 21 years serving our nation in the Air Force, his career tours took him
across this great country and Europe. He has served in following career fields: Air Transportation,
Combat Operations Plans and Programs, Recruiting, Safety & Security.
After his retirement from the Air Force, he worked briefly with Cittone Institute as an
Admissions Representative and quickly moved into the mortgage industry, by attending Cendant
Mortgage training program. He acquired several certifications through Cendant Academy and worked
for Cendant for 15 months before accepting an offer with Countrywide Home Loans.
Roy was consistently ranked among the top 5% of his peers at Countrywide in his region. In
Nov. 2007, he accepted a position as Sales Manager with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Hamilton, NJ.
In August 2012, Roy relocated to Queens NY and joined the PrimeLending team in May 2013.
Roy is responsible for originating residential home mortgages from all market segments; from
First-Time home buyers to investors and move-up buyers. He is also responsible for business
development and enabling his business partners to be more successful. One of his special duties is
corporate accounts–helping private companies set up a workplace mortgage education & benefit
program for their employees. His unique background attracts homebuyers from both the military and
civilian sectors. He is able to help veterans apply for and gain their VA certificate of
eligibility and determining their entitlement. Roy’s knowledge and experience makes him uniquely
qualified to serve the military, state & federal employees, union workers and healthcare
As a Senior Mortgage Banker, Roy is responsible for business development in the New York City
area. Today he finds himself educating clients and business partners on strategic options in this
ever changing real estate market. Some of the many training opportunities he offers are; First-Time
Homebuyer seminars, Short Sales, Credit Repair, leveraging FHA 203K Renovation products to sell
more homes and Determining if Refinancing is right for you. As an educator he believes in
empowering his clients through education and often serves as their counselor/coach so they can make
informed decisions about possibly their largest financial transaction.
Many of his clients come to him from personal referrals and his seminars. Roy believes that
Real Estate is the only vehicle that can build wealth, increase net-worth and put you on the path
to financial freedom, regardless of your education, race, religion or any other factor. With the
right team of people anyone can become financially independent with little or no money
