Rob Ellis and his staff at PrimeLending recently helped us with a cash-out refinance of our current home. My family was in credit card debt that we could not get out from under. It was not from frivolous spending but from unexpected large spending needs that had to be put on credit. We were working very hard at getting it paid down but could not put a dent in it and were seeking any option we could to try to manage. I have used Rob for the purchase of a previous house, a refinance, and then the purchase of our current home. He has always been a fantastic and sound person to seek advise from regarding these topics. He advised me that I could refinance and lower my payment over a new loan or that we could proceed with a cash-out refinance and pay off all of our debt at once with the home equity we would be receiving in return. After long discussions between my wife and I and Rob we came to the decision that was best for my family and we could not be happier. The process was easy and everyone was always accessible to answer any questions or to address any concerns we may have had along the way. With the money we received we were able to pay off our high-interest credit cards and had enough left over to make much needed home improvements. The stress has been relieved from my family and we are able to spend more time enjoying our time together rather than worrying about our looming debt. I highly recommend Rob and his team with Prime Lending. His team is very organized and they get everything done in a timely manner. Rob is very good at walking though all the options, explaining all the terminology, and advising what is the best financial option. I definitely felt that Rob had my best financial interests in mind. Hi Rob, I just wanted to say thank you to you and your entire team that has worked so hard for us. We moved here 3 weeks ago after we were pre approved twice by another company. We trusted them and we placed our belongings in storage and moved our family into a hotel believing that we would be in our new home soon. After we did this they informed us that they couldn't help us. After meeting with you, we felt so much better about the process. You were much more knowledgeable than our former loan officer and made us no promise's but told us you would do your best. You and your entire team have exceeded our expectations. We didn't think it would be possible to close by our date of August 30th but you and your team pulled off a miracle! Words cannot express how grateful we are to be able to move our kids out of a hotel and into a real home. You are all wonderful and we are so appreciative of your hard work. How could anyone give lower than 5 stars for Rob? I LOVE you and your team! My husband and I just purchased our new home and closed yesterday - we couldn't be more thrilled! This was the second home purchase with Rob, we bought our first home with him almost 3 years ago. He truly means it when he says "I don't just close loans, I open relationships". We feel he is a friend and is concerned for the choices we make concerning the mortgage process. When you buy a home and get funding, most would think that is where dealing with your loan officer would end, but not with Rob and the team. They are there for any questions you might have AFTER the closing process. 6, 8, 24 months down the road, if I have questions, they are there. Even if you don't have questions, Rob will contact you every so often to check in - it's fantastic customer service, making you feel like a friend, not just another client they got a loan for. Their team makes the process easy - most people dread buying a home, but between our realtor and Rob's team, the only thing we had to worry about is packing and moving. Rob says Clients for LIFE, and I agree, because I could not imagine using anyone else for my mortgage lending needs. Thank you Rob - you ROCK!!
