Scott at PrimeLending got us a great interest rate through a state program for first time homebuyers - no other lender we spoke with prior to that mentioned those programs as an option. I even brought it up with one lender who discouraged me from using the program! Scott explained all of the steps to close to us and he and his team kept in touch throughout the whole process. Overall I couldn't believe how smoothly and stress-free everything went.
