We spent 6 months building our dream house. Literally on the way to the lawyer's office to sign the papers we found out the lender decided not to go through with the loan due to a technicality. Sharon went out of her way to help us out, and with her help we were able to move into the house within a few weeks. I can't recommend Sharon enough and would certainly go to her first if I'm ever in the market to buy a new home again.

Working with Sharon Hanel on obtaining our mortgage has been so easy. She guided us through the process, teaching us along the way, as we were coming from out-of-state. We have purchased other homes, but never have we had the mortgage people so willing to explain, teach and work with our "quirks." Even when the seller had difficulties on the day of closing, Sharon made sure we were able to finish the transactions and return to Illinois as planned. There were no surprises along the way -- which is saying a lot compared to other experiences we have had.
