Wanted to share our personal experience working with PrimeLending, specifically with a loan officer Svetlana Cameron. 

 My husband & I had been on a very long voyage looking for our own first home together. Svetlana was referred to us by our real estate agent Alannah, who spoke highly of Svetlana. 

 When you choose a professional to work with, 50% of your success will depend on the people who will work as a team on your real estate purchase. That is why you have to be very selective & cautious. 

 From the very first call we had with Svetlana until we closed the deal, Svetlana acted as a professional. And by professional I mean she was always available to pick up the phone & answer all of our questions, literally day & night. Svetlana treated our case as if she was dealing with her own real estate purchase. Every single question my husband & I had Svetlana answered with a great attention to details. In addition, Svetlana has always been very knowledgeable & up to date with any loan questions & current financial laws. 

 My husband & I were dealing with a lot of loan officers before, but I never had an opportunity to work with such a professional like Svetlana who genuinely cared for our individual real estate purchase. She is very transparent, knowledgeable, caring & dedicated. Most importantly, she is very comfortable to work with, Svetlana gives you a great warm energy to work with. 

 Compared to other loan officers I personally worked before, Svetlana proved to be the best in her loan field of work. My husband & I will go back to work with Svetlana without doubt on our future real estate purchase, as she is a unique professional that you can find nowadays who loves with all her heart what she does, which results in a successful closure of loans. 

 I highly recommend Svetlana as an outstanding & dedicated loan officer who “will get the job done” to a client’s full satisfaction.
