If your financing needs do not conform to HomePath® guidelines Troy can offer comparable loan programs such as standard FHA and Conventional loans or  FHA 203k renovation and FannieMae HomeStyles renovation loans.

This program allows you to finance renovations or repairs to a home you would like to purchase or refinance - with one loan and one monthly payment!

    Some of the 203K Full program advantages are:
