Applying for a mortgage and the home buying experience can be intimidating. Thankfully,  from the start Victoria handled our process professionally, efficiently and with a positive "can do" approach. She carried that enthusiasm right through closing and I couldn't be happier that I chose to place my mortgage in her hands!

I can't begin to explain how wonderful Victoria was to work with! As first time home buyers working without an agent, Victoria walked us through every step of the process. She was always willing to answer any questions that we had, and was very patient with my frequent emails and phone calls. She took the time to explain things in a way that was easy for me to understand, and was very reassuring when I got anxious about the timeline of our mortgage process. We would not be in our new home if it was not for Victoria. We had worked with another lender in the beginning of the COVID Pandemic and had missed out on homes because of delayed responses and poor communication. Victoria was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I felt the entire process was explained thoroughly. It never felt as if there was a lender just looking for money-- it felt as if she was a friend helping friends buy a house! She was always professional and knowledgeable. Our closing date was pushed out two weeks and Victoria did everything she possibly could to help.
