I'm Wendy Seagle, I guess you could say I am the definition of your "LOCAL" loan officer.  I'm one of the lucky ones that was born and raised on the lovely beaches of the Emerald Coast.  I have been in the residential lending side of banking, since 1995.  I have been in banking and construction lending since 1986.  

Last year, I married the love of my life and together we have 7 amazing children with 3 grandbabies.
