Yvette began her career in finance as a corporate analyst in middle market lending with Bank of America. During her 7 year tenure at Bank of America, she led a group of 30 analysts and managed a portfolio of clients ranging in size from $50 - $500 million in annual revenue. Her financial background enabled a natural transition into serving the financial needs of her clients on a more personal level, as a mortgage banker. Yvette's attention to detail and knowledge of the lending industry, have enabled her to create lasting relationships with her clients, offering solutions to the evolving financial needs of her clients. As a previous corporate underwriter, her ability to structure and present loans to underwriters, has garnered the appreciation of homeowners throughout the country. Over the past 15 years in the mortgage industry, she has been a multiple year recipient of the President's Club Award and the 5280 Five Star Mortgage Professional Award, recognizing the top originators in the Denver area.
