About Me
Tim, a lifelong resident of Bourbonnais, IL, attended college locally at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais. He has served the mortgage needs of Kankakee and Will Counties for over 22 years and has a passion for helping homebuyers achieve their financial goals. In his free time, he loves to play golf at the local Kankakee County courses. In the past, he has served on the board of the Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Kankakee Iroquois Ford Association of Realtors.

Whether it's the kids running around Perry Farm in Bourbonnais, the lively bustle of downtown Bradley, or the serene views of the Kankakee River, there's always something that makes you fall in love with our community all over again.
Working here has been a great privilege for Tim. It's a joy to help local families find their perfect homes, be it a cozy bungalow in the heart of Bradley or a riverside retreat in Kankakee. Seeing the smiles on their faces as they start their new chapters is the most rewarding part of his job. And when he’s not working, he takes advantage of the local golf courses, always a peaceful place to relax. There's no place like this, and Tim wouldn't want to be anywhere else. He’s not just your loan officer; he is your neighbor, and is here to make the process of home buying as smooth and joyful as possible.
