It’s hard to imagine a more helpful mortgage officer than Bill Hoyt. Our finance situation with buying a house and refinancing our residence into an investment property was complicated. Bill was able to present multiple options and guide us through the entire process explaining every step necessary. Whenever we had any issues, he was always ready with a possible solution.
