Today feels full circle.

On February 9, 2021, during one of the hardest seasons of my life, right in the middle of COVID, I closed on my very first home. At that time, life was extremely difficult, and becoming a homeowner felt impossible , I never imagined it would become my reality.

Then God placed Alicia Lipsmeyer in my life.

What started as a conversation turned into so much more than a lender-client relationship. I told Alicia my situation, and instead of making me feel like my goals were impossible, she educated me on the first-time homebuyer program, helped me improve my credit, guided me financially, mentored me through the process, talked me through stressful moments, and became someone I could truly lean on. She became more than a lender, she became extended family.

And who would’ve thought that 5 years later, we’d still be connected and doing it all over again?

Last year, I purchased my first investment property 4-plex which was a huge milestone and showed me that building wealth through real estate was possible.

This year, I had a vision of continuing to grow and adding another investment property to my portfolio. After purchasing my first investment property last year, several lenders told me that securing another investment property so soon wouldn’t be possible.

But Alicia didn’t see limits she saw possibilities.

She believed in my vision, stayed committed, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and helped me secure my newest investment property when others said it couldn’t be done.

That level of dedication goes far beyond being a lender. She didn’t just help close a deal she helped me continue building my portfolio and creating opportunities I once thought were out of reach.

Without God placing Alicia in my life, I truly don’t know if any of this would have been possible.
