The rate I was offered was better than other ones and the paperwork was completed very quickly. Her staff communicated regularly with me to check on documents which was great. They even offered to close a few days before the original date which I appreciated. One thing that I would not recommend they do anymore is engage with the Update-moving group that offered to do the change of address and start internet service. I submitted my information on the address change and I never received confirmation that it went through. I did it myself later. Also, they only provided the information for the electric and gas company to contact. I could have figured that out myself. I was also confused by the internet offer they gave me and when they called, their agent didn't seem to know what I had requested. I just didn't think they supported my move at all.
