The competitors tried to play catch up by matching the rate and terms, but Ashley showed she was still the best option by keeping me informed of every detail and alleviating my anxiety by promising to be at the closing in person. Other lenders said they would only do everything online, making the closing a very stressful situation if any last-minute snags popped up. Ashley is amazing!!!! We honestly thought that with our credit as it was, we would never be able to own our own home. We had gone through a credit rebuilding company that we paid for monthly.
