Brad always explained things very well. On the very first call he gave us a very clear picture of what to expect. He will go over it & over it if you are having trouble understanding any part of the loan process. Once we made the offer went to him for securing the loan, the terms remained same along with list of documents we need he provided that we will need at the time of securing the loan, no last minute surprises over missing piece of document. Brad Schenck is an excellent loan officer. He is very knowledgeable about the different type of loans that would work best for us, very prompted with response and paperwork, and very easy to get in contact with. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends and family for a home loan.
