Chad is very easy to work with and was great at communicating expectations and finalizing the loan for us in a timely manner. He was able to complete the process for a quick turnaround that allowed us to close 10 days earlier that initially planed. Prim lending is the lender but honestly we would work with Chad wherever he goes.
