David Bushey and his associate Erika Morgan are terrific. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. We have done 3 loan transactions with them and all were solid from beginning to end. They are always looking for ways to save their clients time and money. Recently my wife and I signed the loan estimate and associated docs at 4.25%. Two days later David called and said he was able to lock in 4.125%. So we signed the change docs. Extra work for them but a little savings for us. Not a big deal but it says a lot. They go the extra mile.
