Dan Davidson and his team rock! They did a fantastic job helping us with our home loan! They were very helpful and kind and willing to work with us every time a question or snag came up with trying to get our old house sold and making sure we could get into the house we wanted. I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for helping us get into our home. You all did an amazing job. We have been in our new home about one month now and we are finally getting more settled. When we started this process I was very concerned about whether it was even going to be possible. I am self-employed and others I have spoken in my circumstance had a lot of difficulty getting loans, including being asked to produce documents on the day of closing. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but it never did. I was very impressed with all of you. Truth is it is Prime that is amazingly awesome! I have approval at 7:00 p.m. last night! NO other lender would look at docs at such a late hour!
