We originally reached out to a different company before contacting Diane. Information given was vague and there was no sense of importance for us as a client. We expressed our worries to our realtor and that's when we were referred to Diane. It only took that first conversation with Diane to know we would be in good hands. Throughout the entire process, she stayed in touch and was always available to answers questions and concerns. She went above and beyond and we're very grateful for her.
