Eric Contreras is a talented real estate finance professional who has more than 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Eric specializes in Relocation home loans, helping his clients secure their mortgage financing during what can often be a difficult process – moving across the country.

Eric is an expert in Prime’s full suite of home loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Condo, Refinance, Cash-Out Refinance, Second Homes and Investment Properties, First-Time Homebuyer Programs and more.

Eric enjoys helping his customers understand all aspects of what is likely their biggest investment – buying a home – by helping them find the home loan that best fits their needs (and pocketbook). He knows the importance of forging lasting relationships, so when his past customers are looking to purchase their next home or refinance their current mortgage, they know just who to call for assistance.

Eric grew up in The Woodlands, TX and is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. Eric resides in Frisco, Texas with his wife Elizabeth, who is a teacher, and two daughters Callie and Sadie.
