I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars. Buying a house for the first time is such a daunting thought, but Erica made the process as enjoyable as it can be. She went above and beyond what is expected and even with a tragic bump in our process, I knew that she would take care of me. I could never recommend Erica and the PrimeLending team enough for the knowledge, professionalism and kindness that they have shown.

USE ERICA HOWARD!! If you’re not using Erica you’re not going to be able to get a loan as easily as you could. She makes everything so simple to take care on your end, she does the hard work. I’ve used Erica 3 times now for 3 different home loans and every single time it’s been a breeze for me. I would / will never use anyone else to help me. Love her!!
