We had an amazing experience with Erik Sandstrom & Lucas from PrimeLending while buying our first home. They practically walked me through the entire California Home for All dream. We were lucky enough to receive a voucher and along the way we ran into a few hurdles (too many to mention!). They took the time to explain everything, making sure we understood all our options.
