19 day closing! SUPER FAST and EXTREMELY professional. Evelyn was an absolute joy to work with. She was there every step of the way and worked all hours of the day to ensure a smooth and fast closing! This was our first time using Evelyn's services with PrimeLending and she will absolutely be our go-to lender for our next property. Evelyn was great. She made herself available at hours outside 8-5, returned all calls and texts in a very timely manner, and she is very professional AND experienced. Instead of a headache, she took some stress and load off my plate. I have not a single negative thing to say throughout the whole experience.

We hadn't had time to go through the pre-approval process at all. We contacted Evelyn first thing the next morning. We were pre-approved before noon and our bid was accepted by early afternoon. Evelyn continued meticulous and professional work throughout the rest of the process.

My Husband and I were very excited to work with Evelyn. She knows her stuff! She works very hard on your behalf. We were able to get approved for our loan and find our house within a few days. She loves what she does and you can tell she is a very passionate person and cares about your concerns. I have recommended many people to her. Wouldn't want to work with anybody else. I can see that buying a home can be very stressful but I remember Evelyn having a plaque that read be still and know that I am. Psalm 46:10. I took hold of that the first day I stepped into her office and it got us through the whole process.
