Mr. Castro kept my hopes up high...he really made me feel like I could trust him to do the job. He made the process so easy and communicated on all the documents I needed daily.

It was great working with Hugo Ortiz and team, they were on top of things letting me know ahead of time what is coming my way and taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer any questions we had. It was very convenient to communicate through text and also be reminded of pending items that required my attention. Hugo broke things down for us and gave us examples to help understand. I would definitely work with Hugo if ever needed in the future and continue to recommend primelending to friends and family
