Only started to use
PrimeLending over USAA because I knew and trusted Jacob Alt to walk me through
the first home purchase, and he made it easy to understand and simple to
accomplish. Through both attempts, we had issues with appraisers, one cost us
the deal and the second almost did, but despite that we were able to close
early, and all parties involved were very happy.

Jacob Alt was always super flexible to talk to with my busy work schedule. He kept reminding of things I needed to do without being overbearing. He was able to answer all my questions for a first time home buyer that knew nothing as well.
