Jessica was amazing with how she explained which loan would be the best for us and for us what we wanted with a loan. We didn't want to pay the mortgage insurance with the loan we wanted to pay a one time fee at closing and she made sure we got that kind of loan. She did a wonderful job!

She helped us through everything step by step. I feel like I got annoying sometimes but she always answered. We started the process before the pandemic started and had to finish the closing remotely and we all pulled it together and made things happen even if it took longer than expected.
