I couldn't even come close to expressing how well Joe did for me! I don't think anyone else in the industry could have met the time constraints, and with Joe, I actually closed earlier than projected. I will definitely be referring business to Joe and Prime Lending!

Mr. Ballerino from Prime Lending, or short for "Joey Primetime" was great working with. He kept me disciplined with getting all the documents needed to make the loan happen. If it wasn't for his diligence & continous work, no chance I would have made it through the process. Top notch experience and would 100% recommend him.

Joe was great from our first phone call until the last phone. Joe is the best at what he does. When i first looked into buying a house in 2013 no one was able to get me approved or willing to try and make it work for me do to credit issues. Joe managed to get me approved and get the ball rolling and was there for any question or concerns i had. I work crazy hours so i would sometimes call or text him at 9-10 at night not expecting to reach him and just planning on leaving a message and sure enough he would either answer or call me back shortly after. I followed Joe from his previous company and wanted to refinace mid 2015. Being who he is he told me i would be better off waiting till late 2015 early 2016 as it would be a better rate and more savings for me when he could have verry easily just said ok lets do it and make him self the extra money right then, Thats not who is though or how he does things. He does whats best for his customers and i truley belive he cares about his customers.... not many people in the mortgage industry see to do the same. In short i will never use anyone elese and i recomend anyone i know whos buying a home or refinacing to talk to Joe first.
