The whole process working with Kathy was great! Whenever there was a misunderstanding, Kathy was always there to clarify and if there was an issue we resolved it together! So, it was very easy! Working with Kathy Cooksey was the best! She always answered her phone when needed and went above and beyond. House buying can be stressful but Kathy made it easy and stress free. She is very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. Also want to add she is fast we closed on our house in 3 weeks . Kathy is amazing and I highly recommend her to everyone.
