Kristen in particular fielded a fair number of questions from me in the beginning of the process, and throughout as well. There were multiple times I was in contact with her on a Sunday, and she was extremely responsive throughout the process. Any questions I had were immediately answered, displaying her knowledge of both my specific loan, as well as the loan process in general. Genny and Jessica also sent me documentation (or requests for docs) at various points, or helped get me setup with certain online tools. These folks were both knowledgeable and strong communicators, which makes for great people to work with.
