Lisa Shepard went above and beyond. She was tremendous! I ran into a lot of unexpected obstacles in going through this experience... none of which were Prime Lending's fault. This was by no means an ideal experience, but Lisa hung in there and tackled every issue that came up and found a way to work through it. She was also very encouraging throughout the process - which was grueling - but no fault of Prime Lending! If I ever do this again, I will want to do it with Lisa Shepard at Prime Lending.
