I had constant communication about the status of my file. When necessary I received a call but most communication was via email. Because of Lisa and her expertise my loan closed. This was a good feeling. I am a former mortgage broker. Lisa is the best LO I have ever worked with. She is so responsive and goes above expectations. This was a very stressful time for us being first-time home buyers and not knowing the ropes, but Lisa worked tirelessly to help us throughout the whole process. She patiently answered all our questions and made sure we knew where we were every step of the way. There were times that she was working at 6:30 am and other times she was still working at 9:30 pm! She is very knowledgeable in what she does and I felt like she had our best interest at heart. Lisa was quick to inform us when we needed necessary additional documentation. The seller asked us to move the closing date earlier and PrimeLending was able to meet the shorter goal time. Lisa Shepard went above and beyond. She was tremendous! I ran into a lot of unexpected obstacles in going through this experience... none of which were Prime Lending's fault. This was by no means an ideal experience, but Lisa hung in there and tackled every issue that came up and found a way to work through it.
