Man this whole process kicked my butt!! Bitter sweet but we finally did it and Manny was awesome to work with. We experienced many stages in the process specially because we didn’t know the process, didn’t know what to expect and so it helped that Manny ALWAYS kept his cool. He did the best he was allotted to with these ridiculous mortgage and lender rates and kept our cash to close to the amounts we could afford.
