I don’t usually do reviews, but this one is very well worth it. We’ve worked with Melena for almost a year to finally purchase our home, and we are so happy with the results! In the beginning, things weren’t looking very good for us, but Melena went out of her way and offered us information that no other lenders bothered to assist us with. With Melena’s guidance, we managed to improve our credit score and save money. Even then, trying to purchase homes within the Kansas and Missouri area isn’t very easy when you’re trying to look for ways to save money, but she was able to integrate a DPA program into their system just for us! Even though we weren’t able to find a home in Kansas, PrimeLending offered very great deals in Missouri as well! When finishing our closing process, my husband and I paid little to nothing to claim our new home, and we have Melena to thank for that.
