Michelle was a joy to work with on the financing for our Reno home. We relocated from HI and she was extra attentive and thoughtful given all the challenges of purchasing and financing a home remotely. She provided options that met our need for flexibility and communicated clearly and concisely along the way. She was patient as we had 4 offers out before we got to the finish line on the 5th. With 30 yrs in the financial and banking industry, I've worked with hundreds of mortgage lenders and Michelle is the most capable across all parts of the process that I've encountered. She's clearly a good and kind person, which is a huge part of the equation and very much appreciated.
